LIMITED WARRANTY

Phineas Greye takes pride in the products we make and warrant to the everyone who originally purchases our products that all Phineas Greye products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period (outlined below), subject to the below conditions.

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have purchased the product from a Phineas Greye website, store, Amazon or authorized dealer.
• You must return the product to Phineas Greye; and
• You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
• You must register the product with Phineas Greye with receipt information within 30 days of purchase and fill out a claim form within the warranty period.

If a defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period of Two Years, we will replace, at our discretion, without charge, the defective product or part. We will repair or replace your product, in our sole discretion, at our expense with a comparable product currently being manufactured by us. If you have a product with a custom design, we will, at your expense, screen print or engrave our available custom artwork on your replacement product.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, misuse, neglect, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted. Fake or counterfeit products are not warranted. The warranty on Phineas Greye products do not include lids, seals, straws, and batteries. Replacements do not guarantee color or finish.


SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a pre-paid shipping label. Please do not ship your product to us prior to receiving your pre-paid shipping label.


WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, if so, this disclaimer may not apply to you.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL PHINEAS GREYE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, if so, this disclaimer may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The warranty is only available in the United States. No third party or Phineas Greye merchant, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Phineas Greye’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be replacement of non-conforming products.
We make it easy to register your Phineas Greye product. This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no other warranties.
Distributors, resellers, and retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty.
In no event shall we be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Please remember that our product warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damages caused by:
• Improper use
• Improper cleaning practices
• Modifications/Customization
• Accidents causing damage to the product
• Wear and tear (leaking after more than a year of usage, broken lids, dents, blemishes, chipped paint)
At our discretion, we may ask you to verify the defect through other means, such as sending photos or videos of the product.
